Omnivent has two types of contracts: the inspection contract is the most inexpensive. Companies that enter into this contract will have the guarantee of an extensive check of their storage system every year. The maintenance contract has some extras; not only the annual check of the storage system, but also a guarantee on labour costs spent on trouble-shooting during the period of the contract. Basically, you extend the period of guarantee of your storage system with regard to the labour costs. In addition, the software of your automated system will be updated.
