If you have an Optilink contract, our helpdesk can remotely access your storage management system. However, please feel free to contact us even if you do not have a remote access contract. We will guide you through the system so you can check the settings yourself until the problem is sorted out and you have configured the right settings. That way you no longer have to worry about the functioning of your system and ongoing processes in your storage facility.
